Yes, our wine tours run rain or shine. The Okanagan Valley's beauty and charm are present in all types of weather, offering a unique experience regardless of the conditions.
All tasting fees are covered in the cost of the tour. In some instances, wineries may offer certain tastings such as ice wine or premium wines that are not included in the tour cost. In such cases, it will be up to the guest to cover the extra cost.
All full-day wine tours include a stop for lunch to experience the exquisite cuisine our select Okanagan wineries offer. In order to ensure the best dining experience for our guests Vine 49 Wine Tours make reservations at some of Kelowna’s phenomenal “non-winery” restaurants. All lunch costs are excluded from the cost of the tour unless otherwise stated in tour details. Complimentary water bottle and snack will always be included.

Yes, we provide shuttle services as part of our wine tour packages as well as general touring. Our comfortable vehicles ensure a pleasant ride between wineries, so you can focus on enjoying your wine-tasting adventure. We will pick you up and drop you off at your stay. Before your tour, your guide will be in touch with you and let you know what time you pick up will be.

Of course! We have a reduced rate for people that want to partake in the scenic vineyard landscapes, learn about winemaking, and spend quality time with the group but won't be consuming any wine. Reach out to us and we can add on a guest for your tour.
Our offerings include year-round wine touring experiences, allowing guests to enjoy the unique beauty and serenity of the Okanagan Valley in winter. Some wineries may have limited hours during the off-season, so our winter tours are subject to availability

We take the remainder of the payment on machine in the vehicle once the tour is complete. You will also have the option to add a tip for your driver!
