We proceed by the truth that anything worthwhile comes neither easily nor quickly. Shortcuts cheapen our effort. The development of this vineyard is a multi-year process done through backbreaking effort. Therefore, we move at a pace dictated by our hands and feet. This is a journey on the slow road.
